Refund policy

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders are accepted on a prepaid basis only.

We offer exchange only in case of damaged or defective products.

To be eligible for an exchange:
An unboxing video is mandatory
The video must be continuous and without cuts.
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchanges are not applicable for:
Color or design variations due to screen resolution

Minor weaving irregularities inherent to handcrafted textiles
Approved exchanges will be processed within 7 working days.
